online casinos with fair bonus Terms & conditions in 2014

fair casino bonus terms and conditions 2014Updated in: December, 2017 - All online casinos offer bonuses to new depositing players and some also offer free bonuses to people who simply create a new account, without a deposit. Not all online casino bonuses are safe though. Most of the casinos that I consider to be scam or rogue casinos do not steal your money or rig the games, they simply have very unreasonable, unfriendly and unfair bonus terms and conditions and policies. There are many more fair and safe USA casinos in 2014 than there are rogue casinos. Online casinos that just blatantly steal money or tamper with the random number generator are so rare they are almost non-existent, so thing you have to watch out for is scam bonuses and unsafe T&C's regarding bonuses. Internet casinos use bonuses to draw in new players and sometimes they can get a little extreme, like giving someone $1,000 in instant usable bonus money on a $50 deposit. That may sound good, you deposit $50 and get $1,050 to play with, but you should always keep the bonus clearance, wagering, play-through or withdrawal requirements - whichever you call them - in mind. If it sounds too good to be true....you know the saying. Unsafe and unfair Terms & Conditions for online casino bonuses cause more harm to players than anything else. This is why many of the fairest and most popular online casinos offer the "Claim No Bonus" option. A safe online casino bonus is usually not going to be more than a 300-400% match. You do not want the requirements for clearing and withdrawing to become so much that you will literally have to wager hundreds of thousands of dollars in order to request a payout. Less means more when it comes to online casino bonuses, although no deposit casino bonuses are slightly different since you are not risking any of your own money but you still want the ability to cash out your winnings to be reasonably in reach, otherwise what is the point in playing at all? You might as well be playing with the play chips when you make a deposit and claim a scam casino bonus.

The whole misconception that online casinos are scams originates from unfair, unfriendly online casino bonus terms & conditions and when rogue casinos enforce unfair bonus requirements they are actually just reinforcing the notion that online casinos are scams. In European countries with regulated online casino gambling you will not find these unfair casino bonus T&Cs but USA online casinos do not have many higher powers to answer to. They do have the gaming commissions that license them and the governmental agencies in the country of origin, Canada for many online casinos accepting USA players in 2014, but they largely focus on safe online casino software and reliable payouts. They do not go after casinos that have shady wagering, rollover, play-through, withdrawal or clearance requirements. USA casino bonuses are not standardized so at U.S. casino #1 you may have to wager $2,000 for a $100 bonus, $4,000 at casino #2 and $10,000 at casino #3. Some casinos only count slot machine wagers towards bonus clearance and others count all games, but at reduced rates for near 1:1 type games like Blackjack. So I cannot say that all casinos that have a 500% bonus or more are scams because that 500% bonus might have a smaller play-through or withdrawal requirement than a 100% bonus at some other casino. Always read the term and conditions for an online casino bonus BEFORE you make your first deposit in 2014. I have compiled a list of safe, player-friendly no deposit and first deposit bonuses at the top online casinos for U.S.A. citizens in 2014. Do not take my word for it though, read the casino's bonus T&C!

No Deposit Bonuses At Canadian Casinos Online In 2014

cashing out casino bonuses 2014Some online casinos offer bonuses that seem too good to be true. They may be safe and secure casinos in every other way but not when it comes to bonus T&C. They usually are. Some online casinos offer 200% and even 300% welcome bonuses to their players. The wagering requirements are also low. The bonus offers seem very attractive until you read something like this in the Promotion T&C's: "instant play credits are for betting only. You cannot cash out an amount less than the no deposit bonus or deposit bonus. When you do request a payout the amount of the initial bonus will be deducted." What this means is that the bonus "sticks" to the player until it is lost. Sticky bonuses (or play bonuses as they are also called) can be used to play, but can never be cashed out. You can cash out winnings generated from sticky bonuses but the bonus amount will always be deducted when you cash-out. This means that this kind of bonus is practically useless. An example will show you why:

You join a casino, deposit $100 and receive a $200 sticky bonus. You now have $300 on your casino account. The wagering requirements are low, let's say 6 x (deposit + bonus) = 1800. You fulfil you wagering requirements by playing on a variety of games with an average house edge of 2% (98% payout). If you played optimal you should on average have won (1800*0.98) = $1764. You will on average have lost (1800-1764) = $36. This leaves (300-36) = $264 on your account. The problem is that the $200 bonus will be deducted upon your first withdrawal so if you would want to cash out at this point, you can only cash out (264-200) = $64. So much for a bonus. You are no better off than if you had not received a bonus at all and just played with your initial $100. Here are some examples I see from cases where casinos give a player a bonus and have unfair requirements in the bonus terms & conditions:

Help! The casino won't let me cashout because of bonus!
Online casino canceled withdrawal because of bonus - scam!
Cannot request payout from scam casino because of bonus!
Unfair T&C for casino bonus is casino stealing money from me!

The people who made these statements all share something in common. It is not that they all got ripped off by a casino. They all failed to read and understand the online casinos terms and conditions for the wagering, rollover, play through or withdrawal requirements for the casino's bonuses. I won't say that the casino isn't a scam or that it doesn't use shady bonus polices but you should always read the T&C for bonuses and withdrawals and everything else before you deposit.

Stay away from sticky bonuses and casinos that offer them. They are a pitfall. Do not get blinded by what seems to be a fantastic bonus offer. Play at online casinos that offer real bonus money like the ones on the Best Online Casinos list instead. There are no catches to the bonus offers at these casinos. There are wagering requirements, but no catches.
